Yogalates is the combination of fitness yoga and pilates. This type of training is ideal to improve flexibility and core strength. Yogalates also promotes toning and muscle definition. The sessions are conducted as group sessions.
Every Monday from 8pm to 9pm in the Large Hall.
£7 each. Savings can be made by booking blocks of sessions – £50 for 10 classes.
