Dan has spent 5 years working with rehabilitation directly from the hospital for knee and hip replacements and has learned the importance of keeping the body strong and active after retirement age.
This class is designed to challenge you to your level and keep the body strong mobile and moving. Prevention of injury and disease and keep you active and social.
Tuesdays 10.00am to 11.00am
Your first session is FREE. Thereafter it’s £10 pay as you go per session or £8 per session if you buy a block of 6. Pre-booking required.
